Problem - Job search/recruiting apps lack quality and efficiency for those in the creative industry. There is an absence of collaboration, approachability, and personalization within modern-day job search engines. There is a new generation of people going into the workforce, and with this new generation comes a resurgence of the corporate world culture.
Approach - Hummingbird is designed specifically for people in the creative industry. It will allow people with creative minds to connect and discuss their ideas. A unique aspect of this app is the dating app user flow, where a user can swipe left or right on someone's profile or work. This app will prioritize getting to know someone beyond their resume or portfolio and showcase themselves and their personality, while also promoting their work.
